If the supplier is a small and medium-sized business, the payment term for the delivered Goods is 15 working days from the date of fulfillment of obligations under the agreement (the supplier transfers all goods delivered under the agreement, the parties signed the consignment note in accordance with the TORG-12 form, and the buyer receives it the original invoice, as well as the documents provided for in the statement of work, duly executed)
