The procedure for forming the price of the framework Agreement: in accordance with the Documentation (item 18 of the Information Card (section I of the Documentation)). The Customer evaluates and compares the Applications of the Participants according to the degree of profitability of the conditions on the Price Reduction Coefficient (CC). KC is expressed as a decimal fraction (for example, "0,950", "0,972", "1,155" - 3 (three) decimal places are taken into account in accordance with the rules of mathematical rounding of numbers). The smaller the size of the CC, the more profitable the offer is for the Customer. (Example: CC = 0.95 corresponds to the proposed discount of 5% of the NMCed; CC = 0.97 corresponds to a discount of 3% of the NMCed. An offer with CC = 0.95 is more beneficial for the Customer than an offer with CC =0.97) Applications with CC > 1.00 are allowed. The initial prices per unit of production are specified in clause 1 "Specification" of the Terms of Reference (Appendix 4 to the Documentation).
