Payment terms:Payment is made by the Customer in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Contract Price /lot of Goods, which is _____________________ (_______________) rubles ___ kopecks, incl. VAT 20% / VAT is not levied due to _________, upon delivery of the Goods, in the absence of the Customer's claims and comments on the quantity, quality and volume of the delivered Goods, on the basis of a duly executed and signed Acceptance Certificate by both Parties the delivered goods (Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate of the delivered goods) and an invoice for payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's account specified in Article 15 of the Agreement within 15 (fifteen) business days.
Delivery terms:1.2. Place of delivery of the Goods: at the addresses in the city of Moscow provided by the Customer. The number of delivery addresses – no more than 2 (two). The exact delivery addresses of the Goods shall be notified by the Customer upon the official request of the Supplier no later than 3 (three) calendar days prior to the delivery date of the Goods. The Supplier must take into account the delivery to two addresses on the same day specified by the Customer. Unloading will be carried out at least 200 m before the building. Then – to the premises.1.4. 1.4. Delivery time of the Goods: from the date of conclusion of the Contract until 11/30/2023 inclusive. The Supplier has the right to deliver the goods ahead of schedule in agreement with the Customer. (the exact date and time of delivery of the Goods is previously agreed with the Customer).1.5. Related services are services related to the fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to deliver the Goods to the address (place) of delivery of the Goods. Related services within the framework of this Terms of Reference and the Contract include services performed by the Supplier for the delivery of Goods, loading and unloading (including lifting to the floor). The supplier is obliged to perform all required services in accordance with the requirements of this Technical Specification. The provision of related services is carried out by the Supplier or with the involvement of third parties at the expense of the Supplier.
