Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Bidders!
Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Contractual Counterparty's consent to fix the price for 12 months
2. Agreement of Contractual counterparty with the terms of payment - 100% postponement of 60 calendar days
3. Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment) without any edits by the ContractualCounterparty
4. The equipment complies with the declared parameters and the required technical characteristics specified in the Requirements Specification
5. Confirm the presence of lighting of the conveyor belt (bulkhead zone).
6. Confirm that the conveyor belt (working area) is divided – in the course of movement into a zone of rejection and a zone of movement of quality products
7. Confirm the availability of loading and unloading bins, including for separated waste in a separate container.
8. The conveyor can withstand significant loads - 500 kg
9. Dimensions LxWxH: 3500x700x900... 1200 mm
10. Attached is a technical and commercial proposal with a detailed description of the equipment by composition and technical characteristics
11. Contractual Counterparty's consent to the provision of technical documentation for each piece of equipment in Russian
12. A drawing of the equipment indicating the connection points is attached

14. Term of installation works, in calendar days
15. The period of commissioning and briefing of the customer's personnel, in calendar days

Other requirements and explanations:
The buyer, if necessary (changing the volume requirement) has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the quantity of purchased products by 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease).

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

E-Signature is not required

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
