Comments: Mandatory requirements for participants:

ADDITIONALLY:
Production of a "test" batch of forms of each item within 10 pcs. for approval and approval should be free!

It is mandatory to have a Certificate of a hologram manufacturer confirming that the hologram is photopolymer.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
