Payment terms:- cashless settlement by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
- settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-45 calendar days from receipt of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, subject to the timely provision of an invoice UPD and consignment note. The term of payment under the agreement is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Agreement concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 45 calendar days).
- Price retention guarantee: preferably for the duration of the contract, but not less than 180 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
Delivery terms:The goods are delivered at the request of the Customer by the Supplier from May 2021 to April 2022 on working days in batches, according to the Buyer's applications, but not more than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the application

Comments:
The volumes of purchases are indicated according to the statistical (indicative) demand. The actual sampling of products will be based on actual requirements and may be more or less than the specified quantity. The data are statistics of purchases of past periods, are an approximate quantity and do not speak about the buyer's guarantees of purchasing a given volume during the period.
This electronic request for quotations conducted by PTC Moderam JSC is not an auction, tender or public tender in the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the agreement (contract) with the Winning Participant of the electronic request for quotations are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the Organizer - PTC Moderam JSC that exceed those listed in the Lot conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to choose the Winning Participant by a collegial decision of the competition committee without the official publication of the decision.
