Payment terms:- non-cash payment by transferring funds to the Vendor's current account.
- Settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes sooner) upon expiry 30-45 calendar days from receipt of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, subject to timely delivery of the invoice of the UPD and the bill of goods. The term of payment under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment period is 45 calendar days).
- Guarantee of price preservation: preferably for the duration of the contract, but not less than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement.
Delivery terms:The goods are delivered on the Customer's Requests by the Supplier from June 2021 to May 2022 on working days in batches, according to the Buyer's requests, within no more than 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the application

Comments:
Procurement volumes are indicated according to statistical (indicative) requirement. Actual product sampling will be based on actual need and can be both more and less than the specified quantity. The data are statistics of purchases of past periods, are an indicative quantity and does not speak about the buyer's guarantee of purchase of this volume during the period.
This electronic request for quotations carried out by JSC "PTC "Moderam" is not an auction, tender or public competition in the understanding of Article 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the contract (contract) with the Winner Participant of the electronic request for quotations are considered pre-contract work and are not imposed on the Organizer - JSC "PTC & #171; Moderam" obligations exceeding those listed under the Lot terms.
The Organizer reserves the right to choose the Winner Participant, by collegial decision of the competition committee without official publication of the decision.
