Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: In this tender APH "Miratorg" will take into account the prices of Bidders without VAT! But deliveries will be with actual VAT.
The price fixed according to the results of the tender remains unchanged until 31.03.25. The price must be provided in Russian Rubles without VAT, without reference to exchange rates.
Bidders cannot refuse to supply items for which they have been given offers as part of the tender or raise the price after submitting the offer. In case of delivery failure or an attempt to increase the price, cooperation with such companies will be terminated.
We ask you to indicate all equivalents in the "Description of the equivalent" field. When submitting proposals for equivalents, Bidders must indicate the name, manufacturer and number of the drug (if any) for the drug in the "description of the equivalent" field. All Bidders who violate this requirement will be excluded from the tender. Their bids will not be considered
The shelf life of the drugs supplied to the Miratorg APH must be at least 75% of the total shelf life (factory shelf life) at the time of delivery to the Miratorg APH warehouse.
PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE UNITS OF MEASUREMENT. PRICES MUST BE INDICATED CORRECTLY FOR EACH UNIT OF MEASUREMENT.
