Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Advance - 50% of product value within 5 (5) bank days of signing the specification and receipt of the Account by the Buyer.
Payment is 50% of the cost of products within 20 (20) bank days from the time the products are delivered in full and the signing of the relevant documents.

Products are supplied: passport, certificate, invoice (TRG-12), goods and transport invoices, transport invoices final deed, invoice (UPD) issued in accordance with the legal requirements of the Russian Federation.

Comments: 1. The participant's offer, posted electronically on the ETP, must necessarily contain information provided by the spreadsheet fields. If the Name field does not have the name of the proposed product, this proposal will not be considered. A link to a subloaded file is not allowed (for example: "see participant proposal"). Filling with different characters (*, -,... etc.) is not allowed.
2. Proposals from participants on the roster of unreliable suppliers will not be accepted!
In order to exclude any risks, the Company reserves the right to test potential suppliers for good and integrity by any available, when selecting a winner tools and methods.
3. The proposed products must be new, not used (unless otherwise stipulated in the purchase terms), and the written confirmation must be submitted to the purchase documentation.
4. Participation is:
- Producers of requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (obligatory to provide supporting certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer granting authority to sell the requested products).
5. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements
- Offer price
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time;
- Consent by the party to the drafting of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a protocol of disagreement (official confirmation must be uploaded to ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the time of the procedure to the time the item is transferred to the customer's warehouse (the official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP).
6. Delivery of products in accordance with the stated requirements (both regulatory documentation and complementary requirements agreed by the parties).
This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Promoter has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time since the date of announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
