When choosing the winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the Requirements Specifications, delivery time / fulfillment, warranty, price, advance / postpaid, advance payment, business reputation and work experience, willingness to work under a standard contract, the amount of penalties, willingness to work in EDI.
