In case of delivery of goods of improper quality, the Supplier is obliged to replace it at its own expense within 3 days from the date of receipt of the claim.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, before the bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and the documents according to the application form simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
The validity period of the suppliers' offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: This request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
