Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Buyer is obliged to pay for the goods on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier for non-cash payment with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 days calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by waybill, etc. 3 of this Requirement Specification and the current legislation of the Russian Federation, provided that the Buyer has no complaints about the name, quantity and quality of the transferred goods In case of conclusion of an agreement with the SMSP, Payment for the batch of Products is made by the Buyer within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery of the batch of Products (date of signing by the Buyer of the signed-and the invoice sent to him by the Supplier in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12/UPD (universal transfer document)) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. Delivery terms:
1. Products must be marked and packed in a package that ensures the safety of Products during transportation and storage, in accordance with GOST, TU, OST
2.The container (packaging) is non-refundable
3.Delivery is carried out by shipping Products by road by forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the warehouse of the Consignee.
4.The scope of delivery is preliminary and is specified by the Customer according to current needs.
5.Early delivery may be made only with the written consent of the Customer
6. The customer has the right to refuse to accept Products according to the agreed specification if the delivery according to it is overdue by more than ten calendar days.
