Payment terms:Payment of the cost of a batch of Products in the amount of 100% is made by the Buyer after delivery of the Products within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Buyer in the presence of a consignment note signed by all parties (form TORG-12), an act on the shipment and acceptance of ethyl alcohol (including denatured alcohol) (P-24 form) and invoices, by transferring funds to the Seller’s bank account

Comments:
This selection procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by articles 447–449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this selection procedure does not impose the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
This selection procedure is not subject to the provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ of 05.04.2013. "On the Contract System of the Federal and Municipal Procurement of Goods, Works and Services".
This selection procedure is not subject to the provisions of Federal Law No. №223-FZ of July 18, 2011. "On procurement of goods, works and services by certain types of legal entities".
