Обоснование: Закупочной комиссией принято решение:
1. Не допустить к стадии оценки и сопоставления заявок АО «Электромаш», ООО ТД «Электроизоляционные материалы», ООО «Электромаш запад» (по лоту №2) – основание принятия решения предоставлено в соответствующем столбце.
2. По лоту №1 в соответствии с п. 3.9.1 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «НПО «Электромашина» заявке ООО «Электромаш запад» предоставить приоритет в порядке, установленном Постановлением Правительства РФ № 925 от 16.09.2016 г.
3. По лоту № 1 в соответствии с п. 8.9.5 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «НПО «Электромашина» произвести ранжирование ценовых предложений участников закупочной процедуры по цене исполнения договора с указанием порядкового номера (присвоения места), данная информация указана в соответствующем столбце.
4. По лоту № 1 в соответствии с присвоением первого места заявке участника признать победителем ООО «Электромаш запад» с суммой договора 731 600,00 рублей, с учетом НДС.
5. В связи с тем, что по лоту №2 на участие в запросе цен допущена одна заявка, на основании п. 8.11.1 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «НПО «Электромашина» (с изменениями) по лоту №2 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся.
6. На основании п. 8.11.3 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «НПО «Электромашина» (с изменениями) по лоту №2 заключить договор на сумму 505 002,24 рублей с учетом НДС с организацией ООО «ПК-Изонар».
