Dear suppliers!
1. A mandatory condition of the tender is the availability of valid accreditation of the FGC Group of Companies.
For the accreditation of new counterparties (for those companies that have not previously been accredited in the FGC Group), as well as companies whose accreditation period is coming to an end / expired, you need to upload documents on the website https://fsk.ru/about/tenders and notify in the body of the e-mail about the fact of uploading documents to the e-mail: Dmitry Kukhtin Anatolyevich KuhtinDA@fsk.ru,

2. The offered products must meet the stated requirements in the TOR.
3. The applicant has the right to provide the TP only for those positions that he wants to apply for (it is not necessary to apply for all positions, but it is desirable).
4. To indicate a link to the proposed article with technical information for consideration in the KP or attach a file with technical information when submitting a proposal.
5. Prices in the tender are indicated with VAT and delivery on the condition of advance payment/deferred payment.
6. In the absence of a delivery contract with the consignee and in case of disagreement to sign the attached form of the FGC contract, it is necessary to enclose your Protocol of disagreement when submitting a commercial offer.
7. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of FGC GC LLC at the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the rules of the system, the winner of the request for proposals becomes the participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals. (Regulations of the B2B-Center System, Chapter 8, clause 8.10.1)
8. The tender will be held in 2 stages:
Stage 1 - Collection of commercial offers from 31.01.2023 to 15.00 07.02.2023.
In addition to the KP, bidders must provide a complete set of documentation for the entire product range:
Declarations/certificates of conformity; Quality certificates; TR CU Certificates; Test Reports.
Stage 2 - Conducting online bidding among companies accredited in the FGC Group of Companies.
The date of the online bidding stage will be announced additionally.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
