Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) If the participant applies to small and medium-sized businesses: payment is made by the customer with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt by the buyer of the product. Calculations according to the contract shall be made in cash, and therefore have some form of settlements, is not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation, including through transfer of bills. 2) If a party does not apply to small and medium-sized businesses: payment is made with deferred payment not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt by the buyer of the product.
