5. The participants of the procedure are obliged to provide samples of uniforms that fully meet the requirements specified in the TOR. In the test samples, a deviation from the colors of the fabric and accessories specified in the TOR in +/- one tone is allowed. At the same time, it is mandatory to attach additional fabric samples with pantone according to the technical task. In serial samples, any deviations from the TOR are unacceptable.
The number of required samples is specified in the terms of reference. The deadline for providing samples is 21 cal. day after the day of completion of the submission of applications on the site.
As part of the acceleration of the deadlines for the provision of test samples, participants are recommended to start the production of samples from the moment they decide to participate in the request for proposals and submit the KP on the site.
6. Guarantee - according to the "Draft Contract" file, unless otherwise specified in the TOR.
7. The buyer, if necessary (changing the volume requirements) has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the quantity of goods by 30% (both upward and downward).
The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
