Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата товара 100% производится только после получения товара на склад покупателя, в полном объеме. После подписания товарной накладной, предоставления счет-фактуры и счета, в течение 10 календарных дней после подписания двухстороннего Акта приема-передачи товара.
Delivery terms:
Не более 14 (четырнадцати) недель с момента подписания Договора поставки.
Доставка товара осуществляется силами Поставщика и за его счет до места поставки товара (на территорию Покупателя).
