Auto-extension

Обоснование: 1. Признать запрос коммерческих предложений несостоявшимся на основании п. 10.18.2 (b) Положения о закупках товаров, работ и услуг – «по результатам рассмотрения заявок на участие в закупочной процедуре подана одна заявка, и такая заявка участника признана соответствующей требованиям закупочной документации».
2. Заключить договор с единственным участником процедуры ПАО «Южный Кузбасс» со стоимостью его окончательного предложения 475 000,00 руб. (без учета НДС), с условиями оплаты – 100% предоплата.
