Quality requirements:
Spare parts must be of original domestic factory production or USA, Europe, South Korea, Russia, except China.
All spare parts must be new, not restored, not repaired, will be accepted through the entrance control at the enterprise.
Filters of European manufacturers, South Korea, USA, domestic manufacturers, except Chinese brands are accepted for consideration for purchase.

It is mandatory to indicate the name of the manufacturer and the country of the manufacturer on the ETP.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

This request for proposals procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
