To the offers in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach all necessary documents at the moment of opening of envelopes with submission of the offer signed by the authorized person and stamped Organization Party to this procedure. The organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of the participant in case of failure or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement.
The supplier offer is valid for at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production shall be unchanged for the whole period of delivery (written confirmation).
