Comments: Goods and materials shall be accepted at the Buyer's warehouse.1) Commercial Proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents. 2) Commercial Proposal must specify: - the cost of goods and materials including VAT + cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse including packaging cost (packaging must comply with GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96), - measurement units mentioned in CP must comply with those requested; - Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer); time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse; - warranty terms; - estimated volume and weight (of the whole shipment); - delivery method - agreement with the contract. 3) The products shall be new, unused 4) Before shipping be sure to provide a photo of the package, a photo of product labels (requirements for labeling are specified in the uploaded documents) 5) This request for proposals does not constitute a tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; 6) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No.1057 - 1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
