Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 60 working days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the UPD or consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 and providing an invoice for each batch of goods.
The price of the contract (Goods) is formed taking into account the total cost of the goods, delivery and loading and unloading operations (if necessary), transport and other costs associated with the delivery of the goods, the cost of packaging and packaging, labeling, customs clearance, certification, warranty service of the goods, other taxes, tariffs and fees, as well as customs fees and duties.
The cost of the Goods indicated in the Price list is not subject to change. The supplier has the right to make a change in the value of the goods by a percentage corresponding to the change in the exchange rate (euro, US dollar, Chinese yuan) or by a percentage corresponding to the change in the consumer price index, but not more than 15% per year of the original value of the Goods (indicated in the price list) and not more than 1 time per quarter.
In case of occurrence of these circumstances, the Supplier sends to the Buyer an additional agreement with a new Price List and a Notice including a justification for the increase in the value of the Goods, the new price list begins to operate from the moment the additional agreement is signed.
The justification for the cost increase must necessarily contain a calculation that determines the percentage of cost increase.
