- the presence of a participant's permitted types of economic activity in the cultivation, production, slaughter and canning of poultry (chicken) meat;
- availability of confirmed direct production experience in these types of activities for at least three years;
- the availability of their own qualified staff of employees or the reasonable possibility of recruiting the indicated staff in a short period for conducting work on the specified types of activities on the territory of the Lessor;
- the presence of their own qualified staff of workers who have the necessary approvals for the operation and maintenance of complex engineering systems that are part of the property complex of rental facilities for the possibility of taking these facilities into operation immediately after signing the contract and the acceptance certificate;
- the availability of their own qualified staff of veterinarians, for the possibility of exercising the functions of appropriate control after the acceptance of rental objects immediately after signing the contract and the act of acceptance;
