Delivery terms:Work on the installation of outdoor lighting should be carried out in accordance with the documentation:
1.Working documentation cipher No. 3-2020-EN;
2. Project documentation cipher No. 3-2020-TKR2.4 volume 3.2.4.;
3. Construction organization project cipher No. 3-2020-POS2.Volume 2 5.2.2.
Georeferencing:Novosibirsk region, Novosibirsk district, Koltsovo
Comments:
1. The warranty for the materials and equipment used is not less than the warranty period established by the manufacturer.
3. The warranty for electrical work is 3 years from the date of completion of the work.
4. Guarantee deduction (hereinafter referred to as GU) – 5% of the value of the concluded Contract, is deducted from each next accepted acceptance certificate of completed works and a certificate of the cost of completed works. The return of the GU within 30 calendar days, based on the invoice issued by the contractor after 12 months from the date of completion of the work in full.
5. Alternative proposals regarding materials are considered only in agreement with the design institute and the main Customer – the State Technical University of the NSO TUAD.
6. Timely maintenance and signing of executive documentation, special and general work logs. Intermediate acceptance of works is carried out only if there is (for the completed works submitted for acceptance) a set of executive documentation signed by all construction participants.
