Procurement subject:

The right to enter into an Agreement for the maintenance of MEP systems in the building of HV Cable Network, a branch of OAO Moscow United Electric Grid Company, located at: Moscow, Nizhnyaya Krasnoselskaya Str. 6 Bldg. 1. The work shall be carried out for the needs of OAO Moscow United Electric Grid Company.

Lot #1. Maintenance of MEP systems in the building of HV Cable Network, a branch of OAO Moscow United Electric Grid Company, located at: Moscow, Nizhnyaya Krasnoselskaya Str. 6 Bldg. 1. The work shall be carried out for the needs of OAO Moscow United Electric Grid Company.

Requirements to the participants:Участник должен быть пользователем, зарегистрированным в cистеме «Рынок продукции, услуг и технологий для электроэнергетики» «b2b-energo.ru» на сайте http://www.«b2b-energo.ru» в качестве юридического лица или предпринимателя без образования юридического лица в установленном порядке и обладающим правами Участника Системы.
Чтобы претендовать на победу в конкурсе и получить право заключить с Заказчиком Договор, Участник конкурса должен отвечать следующим требованиям:
­ обладать гражданской правоспособностью в полном объеме для заключения и исполнения договора;
­ не являться неплатежеспособным, банкротом, не находиться в процессе ликвидации, на имущество Участника конкурса в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, его экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена;
­ обладать необходимыми для выполнения договора профессиональными знаниями и опытом, управленческой компетентностью и репутацией, иметь ресурсные возможности (финансовые, материально-технические, трудовые);
­ не иметь отрицательного опыта по работе с ОАО «МОЭСК», а также с другими Заказчиками;
­ иным требованиям, установленным Конкурсной документацией
