Обоснование: 4.2. Признать Победителем закупки ООО "РИ-Проект" (454106, г. Челябинск, проспект Победы, 238, оф. 3), ИНН 7448202700, КПП 744801001 (является субъектом МСП, малое предприятие).
Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем, в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на выполнение демонтажных, строительно-монтажных и пусконаладочных работ по объекту: «КЛ-10 кВ от места врезки в КЛ-10 кВ ТП-5696 1С, 2С – ТП-5661 1С, 2С до проект. 2БКТП заявителя для объекта, расположенного по адресу: г. Челябинск, ул. Дзержинского, 24» производственного отделения «Челябинские городские электрические сети» филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» - «Челябэнерго», на сумму 2 288 099,23 руб. без НДС (2 699 957,09 руб. с НДС) со сроком выполнения работ: 165 календарных дней с момента заключения договора в соответствии с приложением № 3 к ТЗ, в том числе: - предельный срок выполнения первого этапа – не позднее 95 календарных дней с момента заключения договора; - предельный срок выполнения второго этапа – не позднее 120 календарных дней с момента заключения договора, и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
