Payment terms:Сублицензиар выставляет счет в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней со дня подписания Сторонами акта приема-передачи. ФГУП «РЧЦ ЦФО» в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней со дня получения от Сублицензиара счета перечисляет на расчетный счет Сублицензиара платеж в размере 100 % от цены Договора.
Delivery terms:Место оказания услуг: в соответствии с проектом Договора.
Сублицензиар обязан предоставить ФГУП «РЧЦ ЦФО» неисключительные права на использование Программного обеспечения в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней со дня подписания Договора Сторонами.
