Within the framework of this Prequalification of Bidders, a search is underway for suppliers who provide Electrical Laboratory services before carrying out maintenance and AVR of Data center Power Equipment (KTP and KL). If the Bidder meets the requirements for performing maintenance and ATS work in accordance with the Requirements Specification (Appendix No. 3 to the Bid Notice - MAINTENANCE and ATS Requirements Specification) and is ready to perform these works, please indicate this in Appendix No. 2 - Mandatory Requirements, item 11. Filled in optionally.
Please be guided by the following documents:

1. Bid Notice of Prequalification of Bidders
2. Appendix No. 1 to the Bid Notice - Rules for conducting preliminary qualification selection
3. Appendix No. 2 to the Bid Notice - Bid for participation in the Prequalification of Bidders
4. Appendices to the Bid - Forms to be filled in by the Bidder

In case of your interest, I ask you to submit an Bid for participation in the prescribed form (Appendix No. 2 to the Bid Notice) and all necessary documentation in accordance with the rules of the procurement procedure.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that violations identified when submitting an Bid may serve as grounds for rejecting such a qualification bid.
