This prequalification is the first step in selecting equipment suppliers.
The purpose of the first stage is to assess and select technical solutions, equipment, as well as counterparties according to the criteria of sustainability, reliability, and business reputation.
Participants in the procedure must submit technical and commercial proposals for the supply of equipment, including information on the terms of delivery (price, timing). The organizer of the procedure will carry out a technical and economic assessment of the effectiveness of the proposals, based on the results of which it will approve the choice of technical solutions, equipment for their inclusion in the design and technical documentation.
The result of this stage will be the choice of the type of equipment and the determination of the list of contractors for the supply of equipment. The winners of the procedure will receive an invitation to participate in the commercial stage of the counterparty's development, which will be held in the second half of 2021. Based on the results of the commercial stage, the winner of the procedure will be selected, who will present the best conditions for the supply of equipment.
The organizer also reserves the right to choose the winner of the procedure and exit to conclude an agreement after the preliminary qualification selection.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
