Payment terms:Payment for materials and equipment: 20% advance payment, 80% within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Payment of works: 100% within 30 days from the date of acceptance of installation supervision and commissioning.
Delivery terms:- The supplier delivers materials and equipment on its own.
- GOK "Vysokoe" is located in the North Yeniseysky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (120 km from the Severo-Yeniseysky SE), there is the necessary road infrastructure + ferry crossing.

Comments:
This prequalification is the first stage of the selection of equipment suppliers of the GOK Vysokoe under construction.
The purpose of the first stage is to evaluate and select technical solutions, equipment for the GOK Vysokoe under construction, as well as contractors according to the criteria of stability, reliability, and business reputation.
The participants of the procedure must submit technical and commercial proposals for the supply of equipment, including information on the terms of delivery (price, terms). The organizer of the procedure will perform a technical and economic assessment of the effectiveness of the proposals, following which he will approve the choice of technical solutions, equipment for their inclusion in the design, technical documentation.
The result of this stage will be the selection of the type of equipment and the determination of the list of contractors for the supply of equipment. The winners of the procedure will receive an invitation to participate in the commercial stage of the counterparty's development, which will be held in the first quarter of 2023. According to the results of the commercial stage, the winner of the procedure will be selected, who presented the best conditions for the supply of equipment.
The organizer also reserves the right to choose the winner of the procedure and to enter into a contract based on the results of the preliminary qualification selection.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
