Comments:
Brief description of the design:
- the stand consists of a hydraulic press installed in series, a side table and two trolleys.
- the operation of the stand is controlled from the control panel, which is part of the press.
- the table is designed for laying the PAD stator housing. Inside the tray of the table there are roller supports, which are fixed with a handle into the corresponding opening of the tray, depending on the curvature of the PAD stator housing. Outside there are lifting rollers and platforms with hydraulic jacks designed for lifting and lowering the PAD stator housing when moving on trolleys.
- trolleys for laying the stator are a metal structure, the main components of which are a base, a roller support for laying the PAD stator housing on it, which has a height adjustment of 100 mm, four swivel wheels, two of which have a brake, clamps for fixing the PAD stator housing with a diameter from 92mm to 170mm.
