Payment terms:Payment by the buyer is made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The delivery time is within 2-3 quarters of 2023 in batches, according to the need. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the goods. (the date of delivery of the goods is the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer, indicated in the invoice TORG-12).

Comments:
A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT is to upload a commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization, a certificate of conformity, a permit for use, a dealer certificate with manufacturing plants or confirmation of the supplier status, a reference list.
Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, it is mandatory to provide the documents specified in the procurement documentation.
Conclusion of the contract only in the standard edition of PJSC "Southern Kuzbass" without a protocol of disagreements (See attachment).
The validity period of the offer (offer) must be at least 60 calendar days from the date of its submission.
One of the important criteria for evaluating the offer is deferred payment. The preferred delay period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery.
Pay attention! If products from a different manufacturer (not the original) or with a different catalog number are offered for delivery, the name of the manufacturer and the modified catalog number are necessarily indicated in the commercial offer. Also, a letter signed by the head of the enterprise must be attached to the offer, in which the participant confirms the similarity of the offered products to the original.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
The quantity on request can be changed, in case of changes in applications from enterprises.
