Auto-extension

Payment terms:, payment for services rendered by the non-exclusive right to use shall be carried out at a time, based on the invoice, by transferring money to the account of the Participant within 45 (forty five) working days after the signing of the Act of acceptance and transfer software (unless otherwise stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation). The date of payment is the date of debiting of funds from the account of the customer. The advance is not provided.
Delivery terms:terms of usage rights: terms of use-30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The right to use the software must be transferred for a period specified in clause 5 of the terms of reference. Technical support should be carried out in accordance with paragraph 5 of the terms of reference.
