Payment terms:The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account in the following order: 100% of the value of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the entire batch of goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The goods are delivered in batches. The name and quantity of the goods to be delivered in each batch is determined by the Customer according to need and indicated in the bid. The delivery time of the goods is not more than 30 calendar days from the date of sending the bid for the batch of goods. Price fixing until 12/31/2023
The Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the Buyer's warehouse. Products from manufacturers' factories, manufacturer's representatives, official dealers and distributors are accepted for delivery. The availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods upon arrival at the warehouse is mandatory. The delivered product must be new and not restored. When shipping the goods, mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoices, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. The supplier accepts the terms of the Standard SC Contract.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
