Обоснование: Закупочной комиссией принято решение:
1. не допустить к стадии оценки и сопоставления заявки участников: ООО «УралСпринт», ООО «Челдортрак» - основание принятия решения указано в соответствующем столбце;
2. лоту №1 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся ввиду отсутствия поданных заявок;
3. по лоту №2 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.3 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для МУП «Тагилдорстрой» заключить договор с ООО «Техцентр» с суммой договора 12 845 000,00 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации;
4. по лоту №3 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.3 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для МУП «Тагилдорстрой» заключить договор с ООО «Техцентр» с суммой договора 3 100 000,00 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
