6. Референц-лист по поставкам аналогичных товаров (с контактными данными).
7. Анкета участника.
8. Бухгалтерская отчетность Ф01: бухгалтерский баланс, Ф02 отчет о прибылях и убытках.
9. Гарантийный срок поставки.
10. Информация о собственниках юр. лица, список аффинированных лиц и организаций поставщика и руководителя.
