Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1) Постоплата (30 календарных дней с момента подписания Актов) Заключение договора только с организацией, работающей с НДС.
2) Освобожденный бригадир (сбор сотрудников на площадке, распределение и табелирование сотрудников по зонам, контроль за сотрудниками и возможности экстренных замен сотрудников на площадке и постоянное присутствие на площадке для возможности решения вопросов в случае проверок проверяющими органами)
3) Возможность замены сотрудников в день мероприятия.
4) ЗАЯВКА ОТ 20 человек!
5) Возмещать Заказчику суммы понесенных убытков за утраты, повреждения имущества, продукции привлечёнными сотрудниками.
6) Нести полную ответственность за действия/бездействие привлечённых сотрудников
7) Подача предложения полностью по двум позициям.
8) Система оценки поставщиков рейтинговая
9) В данном конкурсе разыгрывается часть объёма на июнь-июль-август с ориентиром на долгосрочное сотрудничество.
10) Запрос на аккредитацию просьба подавать заранее.
Перед подачей заявки необходимо пройти аккредитацию и прикрепить карточку организации.
Данный запрос предложений не регулируется ст.ст. 447- 449 ГК РФ и не является офертой Заказчика.
Заказчик имеет право отказаться от всех полученных предложений по любой причине и не заключать договор или прекратить процедуру запроса коммерческих предложений в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед поставщиками.
