Настоящий запрос на коммерческое предложение направлен в соответствии с регламентом Организаторов тендера (торговой процедуры) в рамках осуществления процедуры запроса коммерческих предложений, которая (как и проводимый тендер) не является офертой, аукционом или конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется ст. 447-449 ГК РФ, а также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется ст. 1057-1065 ГК РФ.
