Payment terms:
Payment for the goods delivered by the seller is made by the buyer by transferring non-cash funds to the seller’s account in the amount of 90% of the value of the consignment within five days prior to the shipment period. The reason for payment is the invoice issued by the seller. The final payment is made after processing on the basis of the passport-calculation on the price list of the Buyer. If other metals are detected after processing (gold, rhodium, palladium, iridium) they are also accepted for final settlement.
Location and terms of delivery:
The goods are shipped from the warehouse of the seller at the Industrial Site of the Novosibirsk Electrode Plant. Delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the buyer is carried out by and at the expense of the buyer.

In case of failure to provide these documents, the Seller has the right to reject the offer (offer).
