Auto-extension

Delivery terms:
The Goods are delivered to the Buyer's address by the Supplier's vehicle. The date of fulfillment by the Supplier of the obligations to deliver the Goods, as well as the date of transfer of ownership and the risk of accidental death from the Supplier to the Buyer upon delivery by road, is the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer (consignee) in the warehouse of the latter (Novotroitsk, Orenburg region, Zavodskaya str. 1).
Comments: The deadline for fixing the price is MANDATORY until 12/31/2024. Delivery is made monthly. We consider equivalents.
