Comments:
1. IN THE CASE OF THE SUPPLIER OF THE DELIVERY TIME ON SEVERAL APPLICATIONS, THE EXISTING CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED, IN THIS SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP-LIST FOR ALL FOLLOWING GLOTLO "GLOTER" LLC.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR SUPPLY:
- availability of storage facilities in Astrakhan (including ref. camera) in case of an unforeseen change in the schedule of the fleet, and the impossibility of timely acceptance of food products on board the ship;
- experience in supplying similar items to shipping companies in the Russian Federation;
- the possibility of supplying goods on board the vessel 24/7 during the term of the supply agreement.

3. The expected consumption volume is included in the procurement documentation for this request for proposals (its full sample is not guaranteed, it may also be exceeded). In this case, the cost must be formed on the basis of the minimum delivery - 10-15 thousand rubles.

4. Delivery of food products is carried out on board the applicant vessel. The number and list of requested names is reflected in the application of the applicant vessel.

5. The term for the delivery of food products on board the applicant vessel is within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the corresponding shipping request. It is necessary to take into account that the exact date of the vessel's call at the port, as a consequence of the delivery date, the customer will inform the supplier 24 hours in advance.

6. The place of mooring of vessels is located on the territory of a secure facility, the access control is in effect. Registration of an entry pass is the supplier's area of responsibility.

7. The supplied food products must comply with the quality of the Russian Federation GOST, TU, medical and biological requirements and sanitary standards for the quality of food raw materials and food products, as well as meet the requirements established by the Federal Law of 02.01.2000 No. 29-FZ "On the quality and food safety ". The remaining shelf life at the time of delivery to the Customer must be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

8. The planned period for concluding a supply agreement is the 1st quarter of 2021. with price fixing until the end of the contract. With the possibility of extending the contract for the 2nd quarter of 2021.

9. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

10. The participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before the envelopes are opened.

11. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure.

12. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
