Comments:
1. IN CASE OF VIOLATION BY THE SUPPLIER OF THE DELIVERY TIME ON SEVERAL APPLICATIONS, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED, WHILE THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OF GLOBAL-FLOT& LLC quot;.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR DELIVERY:
- presence in Astrakhan of storage facilities (including ref.camera), in case of unforeseen changes in the schedule of the fleet, and the impossibility of timely acceptance of food on board the vessel;
- experience in supplying similar names to the addresses of shipping companies in the territory of the Russian Federation;
- the ability to supply the goods on board the vessel 24/7 during the term of the contract of delivery.

3. The expected amount of consumption is included in the procurement documentation for this request for proposals (its full sample is not guaranteed, it is also possible to exceed it). At the same time, the cost must be formed based on the minimum delivery - 10-15 thousand rubles.

4. The supply of food is carried out on board the applicant vessel. The number and list of requested names is reflected in the application of the applicant vessel.

5. Delivery time of food on board the applicant vessel is within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant ship's application. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account that the exact date of arrival of the vessel at the port, as a result of the date of delivery, the customer will inform the supplier

6. The place of mooring of vessels is located on the territory of the mode object, there is a throughput mode. Registration of the entry pass - the supplier's area of responsibility.

7. The supplied food must comply with the quality of GOST, TU, medical and biological requirements and sanitary standards of quality of food raw materials and foodstuffs, and also meet the requirements established by the Federal Law No. 29-FZ of 02.01.2000 "On the quality and safety of food products". The remaining shelf life at the time of delivery to the Customer shall be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

8. The planned period of conclusion of the supply contract is the 3rd quarter of 2021 with fixing of prices until the end of the contract. With the possibility of prolongation of the contract for the 4th quarter of 2020.

9. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

10. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire until the opening of the envelopes.

11. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the OFFER indicating the time of delivery, as well as signed by the authorized person and sealed by the participating organization of this procedure.

12. In case of failure or improper performance by the participant of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier offer is not less than 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of the competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
