Comments:
1. IF THE SUPPLIER BREACHES THE DELIVERY DATE FOR SEVERAL ORDERS, THE CURRENT CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED, AND THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT TENDERS OF GLOBAL FLEET & LTD. quot;.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLY BIDDERS:
- availability of warehouses in Astrakhan (including ref.camera), in case of an unforeseen change in the fleet's work schedule, and the impossibility of timely acceptance of food on board the vessel;
- experience in supplying similar items to the addresses of shipping companies in the territory of the Russian Federation;
- the possibility of delivering goods on board the vessel 24/7 during the term of the supply agreement.

3. The expected consumption is included in the procurement documentation for this RFQ (the full sample is not guaranteed and may be exceeded). At the same time, the cost must be formed on the basis of the minimum supply - 10-15 thousand rubles.

4. Food products are delivered to the applicant vessel. The number and list of requested items is reflected in the application of the applicant vessel.

5. The delivery time for food on board the applicant vessel is within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant ship's application. At the same time, it should be noted that the customer will inform the supplier of the exact date of the ship's entry into the port, as a result, the date of delivery.

6. The mooring place of ships is located on the territory of a sensitive facility, and a permit regime is in effect. Issuing an entry pass, PCR test, vaccination of personnel are the responsibility of the supplier.

7. The supplied food products must comply with the quality of the GOST, TU in force in the Russian Federation, medical and biological requirements and sanitary standards for the quality of food raw materials and food products, and also meet the requirements established by Federal Law No. 29-FZ dated 02.01.2000 "On the Quality and Safety of Food Products". The remaining shelf life at the time of delivery to the Customer must be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

8. The planned period for the conclusion of the supply agreement is the 1st quarter of 2022 with prices fixed until the end of the contract. With the possibility of prolonging the contract for the 2nd quarter of 2022.

9. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

10. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes.

11. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER with an indication of the delivery date, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure.

12. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Supplier offers are valid for at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
