Comments: To submit an offer, you must:
1. Completed tariff and price proposals - estimates. The tender package includes cost calculation forms in two budget categories:
- BOQ_AG_class B.xlsx - budget 20,000 rubles / m2 with VAT.
- BOQ_AG_class B + .xlsx - budget 30,000 rubles / m2 with VAT.
The participant must submit a proposal in two versions, taking into account the designated budgetary limits and the total area of the object 2 669.40 sq. meters.
2. A completed, signed on each sheet, certified by the seal scanned form of a commercial offer in * .pdf format (see file 07 Form for submitting a commercial offer.docx). Attach to the commercial proposal a letter on the organization's letterhead signed by an authorized person, in which the participant confirms:
a. the offer for each lot is fixed and cannot be increased (indicate the amounts for B and B + options in the letter)
b. the offer is valid for 3 months
c. the term and plan for the execution of work is no more than 4 (four) months (specified in the TOR)
d. the participant agrees with the form of the attached contract.
3. Completed, signed on each sheet, sealed scanned consent form for audit in * .pdf format (see file 08 Consent to audit for filling ..docx).
4. Provide documents according to the list of constituent documents (see file 04 List of constituent documents.docx).
5. Fill in and submit in MS EXCEL format the form on the qualification of the contractor (see file 05 Qualification of contractors for filling.xlsx).
6. Provide confirmation of relevant experience (development of concepts for flexible office spaces - coworking) with confirmation and provision of portfolio, recommendations. List similar projects that can be visited in Moscow.
7. Provide documentary evidence of the fact of membership in the SRO (Self-Regulatory Organization), for design and construction and installation work. The validity period of the SRO admission must allow the completion of work without risks.

The proposals of the participants will be admitted for consideration, who will provide a full package of documents and tariff and price annexes / estimates for all tariffs (a partial estimate according to the estimate is unacceptable).
