Delivery terms:Engineering surveys should be carried out taking into account the requirements:
1. SP 47.13330.2012 "Engineering surveys for construction. The main provisions".
2. SP 47.13330.2016 "Engineering surveys for construction. The main provisions".
3. SP 11-105-97 "Engineering and geological surveys for construction".
4. SP 22.13330.2016 "Foundations of buildings and structures"
5. SP 446.1325800.2019 "Engineering and geological surveys for construction. General rules of work"
Engineering surveys must be performed to the extent necessary for the development of design and working documentation for site and linear objects, as well as for passing and receiving positive conclusions and approvals from expert bodies.
1. Perform engineering and geological surveys in accordance with SP 47.13330.2016, SP 47.13330.2012, SP 11-105-97:
- to ensure the study of engineering-geological and hydrogeological conditions;
- to carry out studies of the physical, mechanical and corrosive properties of soils and water;
- determine the category of soils by the difficulty of developing the mechanisms for the GESN;
- make a report with the provision of necessary and sufficient information for the design.
The characteristics of the structures are given in Appendix 1.

The total area of the exploration site is approximately: 26.87 hectares.
The project provides for the construction of buildings and structures:
- Warehouse complex with ABH;
- CHECKPOINT;
- Pumping station with fire-fighting reserve tanks;
- Boiler room;
- LOS;
- DSU No. 1;
- DSU No. 2;
- RTP;
- sites for solid waste.
The projected warehouse building is frame with reinforced concrete columns, metal trusses and curtain walls made of sandwich panels, without a technical floor with a flat, combined roof, with an internal drain. The administrative and household part is 3-storey.
The foundation is piled, the depth of the piles is 12 m, the grillage is 3 m.

Engineering survey reports are transmitted to the Customer:
on paper in the amount of 1 (one) copy;
electronic version of the results of engineering surveys in the amount of 1 (one) copy.
Reports are transmitted on electronic media:
the text part in Microsoft Word format;
graphic part in AUTOD 2010 and higher format; general (text part + graphic part) in non-editable pdf format. with signatures of performers and with graphical applications.
