3.1 Repair of the grab V = 3.2 cubic meters in accordance with Annex 1 - in the amount of 1 pc.

. PS: Appendix 1 indicates a complete repair of the grab. Defective work on the grapple will be performed upon arrival at the repair site, and payment will be made upon completion of the work. Models of the repaired grab: DG2-10-S3-4K-Pr-3,2-U1 or grab 10-S3-B- depending on the culling by the workshop
4.The purpose of the work:
4.1 Technical repair of the grab 3,2 cubic meters. m
. 5. Requirement for the contractor:
• The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work;
• Production of works under the possible influence of harmful production factors: dustiness, gas contamination, noise;
• Production of works in the cramped conditions of the existing workshop;
• Prior to registration of the work permit, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
- a copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (an order of appointment to a position in the contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- a copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of certification of ITR on labor protection and on general requirements of industrial safety;
- medical admission of personnel.
The Contractor notifies the Customer of the fulfillment of all the specified conditions in writing with the attachment of all supporting documents. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor entitles the Customer to prevent the Contractor from performing the work, the delay in performing the work in this case is the fault of the Contractor.
7. Terms of work:
Agreed with the Customer (approximately 75 calendar days).
8.Payment terms:
Upon completion of the work within 30 calendar days. The works are considered to be completed in full after the Parties sign the Act of Acceptance of the completed works of the form (COP-2; COP-Z).
9. Warranty obligations:
The Contractor provides the Customer with a guarantee for the work performed for at least 24 months from the date of commissioning of the equipment.

10. Requirements for the contractor:
Prior to registration of the work permit, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:

- a copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of certification of ITR on labor protection and general requirements of industrial safety. When performing work on gas, on pressure vessels, using GPM, in electrical installations, fire works – copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical admission of personnel - copies of certificates of gas and electric welders, slingers, crane operators, lifts (towers). For gas and electric welders, copies of the PTM certification protocols.
If the information in the submitted documents is found to be inconsistent with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the OT and PB service in matters of Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
