Payment terms:Recommended payment terms for the work actually performed, the Customer makes payment no later than 45 calendar days after signing the act of completed work.

Other payment terms: the organization provides a bank guarantee for the advance payment.
Delivery terms:Place of work: Rossosh, Khimzavodskaya str., 2 JSC "Minudobreniya" and at the location of the Contractor.
Deadlines for the execution of works - from the date of signing the Contract by the Parties, the completion of the work - no later than 15 days after the Customer provides samples of the foaming agent.

Comments:
The total bid price must cover all the obligations of the bidder to fulfill the requirements contained in the tender documentation, including the cost of consumables, travel expenses, etc.
Requirements for the performance of work:
The volume of provided samples of foaming agent: no more than 6.5 liters of each sample.
The work must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 50588-2012 "Foaming agents for extinguishing fires. General technical requirements and test methods" or in accordance with the methodology in force in the IPL at the date of the tests.
Delivery of samples of the foaming agent is carried out at the expense of the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
