Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for KA:
Payment terms - 100% within 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of COP-2, COP-3 / acts of completed works
Before submitting commercial proposals, the Participant inspected the object
The term of performance of works is not more than (120) calendar days from the date of signing the Contract
Availability of a license for fire-retardant treatment, originals of documents certifying the right to work at height and work on loading and unloading equipment and special. Mechanisms
Consent to the signing of the standard form of the Contract without a Protocol of disagreement
The price fixing period is until 31.12.2023
At the end of the work, a Protocol is provided for checking the condition of the flame retardant treatment by a fire testing laboratory accredited by the Ministry of Emergency Situations
The warranty period for the work performed is at least 3 years.

Other requirements and explanations:
When performing work on an existing facility, take into account operational activities.

Participation is free of charge
EDS is not required

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
