- confirm the presence of an extract from the register of SRO members with the right to perform works in the field of construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of capital construction facilities;
- confirm the availability of certified managers and specialists in the following areas: A.1, B.1.11;
- confirm the availability of personnel trained in high-risk work (work at height);
- confirm the availability of personnel trained in high-risk work (gas hazardous).
- confirm the presence of personnel, personnel trained to carry out high-risk work (fire).
- confirm the availability of equipment with a tool, including a small mechanization tool;
- confirm the availability of PPE for employees;
